Dressed crayfish and avocado with baby gem and lemon aioli.
Shaved fennel and orange with feta and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Pan-fried sirloin strips with rocket and parmesan.

Pasta

Spaghetti with meatballs and a spicy tomato sauce.

Pappardelle with roasted broccoli, gorgonzola and almond pesto.

Roasted vine, cherry and plum tomato with basil.
