Aperitif

Starters

Buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad with basil pesto and olives.
Pan-fried marinated sirloin strips, wild rocket and parmesan shavings.
Char-grilled asparagus with pecorino and mixed baby leaves .
Garlic prawn and spinach bruschetta.
Mixed leaves, red onion and pine nut salad.

Mains

Spaghetti with confit chicken and wild mushroom.
Beef and pine nut cannelloni with mozzarella and basil pesto.
Seafood and asparagus tagliatelle.  
Creamy smoked haddock and chive risotto.
Wild mushroom and thyme risotto.
Lamb, chilli and roasted peppers risotto.
Dry aged steak, caramelized onions and blue cheese pizza.
Fillet of organic Clare Island salmon, crushed baby potatoes and wilted greens.
Pan-fried chicken, crispy parma ham and chorizo fried potato with garlic spinach.

Dessert

Almond, ricotta and polenta torta.
Chocolate espresso cake.
Tiramisu.
Cheese with fruit chutney and crackers.
